Ms. Jennifer McKenney
Jenny realized early on that her passion was in education and wanted to help as many children as possible develop a love of learning. She has spent time in every classroom with every age to get as familiar as possible with child development. Jenny began to take on more and more roles and responsibilities in the center and was quickly promoted to management. After working as assistant director for a few years, she decided it was time to move onto more responsibilities as a Center director. She spent the next 8 years as a Director for a smaller childcare company until finding the opportunity to work for a larger company where she could grow and develop even more. During this past year Jenny has proven herself as a concrete figure in the Cascades KinderCare. With her strong relationship building skills and engagement with her staff she has already gained the role of Engagement Lead for the district and enjoys working with other Directors and teachers building great relationships.
