Very professional.
Very professional. They always knock on the door and let you know that they will be serviceing our yard or trees and shrubs. Will also ask if there are any concerns that we have and when they leave will put information on the door to advise what they've done. If there's any problems after your yard has been serviced, you can call them and they will come back out to take care of it. I would definitely recommend them.

Notifications and communication is great.
Notifications and communication is great. Call warns of service a day or two ahead. App and email tell me tech is on the way and shows where tech is relative to my house. Detailed report after service, including things I can do to improve lawn. Other helpful emails and reports. Always offer to come around in between service if needed.

The treatment is the best
The treatment is the best I have found to keep my lawn green and weed free. The service technicians are always very helpful, which is more than I can say for the customer service people at the 800 number.

They offer a good value at a competitive price. I like that I can do lawn fertilizer, tree &; shrub protection and sprinkler service all thru the same company.

I am pleased thus far
