Jill was introduced to Pilates as a young dancer in NY while attending SUNY Purchase Fine Arts Program and enjoyed the benefits of improved core strength and stability for hyper mobile joints. Later, as a dance instructor and choreographer, Jill incorporated Pilates moves to enhance strength and flexibility for dancers and skaters. Today Pilates reformer exercises keep her pain free from poorly tracking knee caps... she notices when she takes 2 weeks off! When Club Pilates opened locally in late 2016, she jumped at the chance to become a certified instructor and help others achieve their fitness goals in CPs unique, multi-faceted setting. She also completed a certification in Leslie Bender's, Barre Above program in spring, 2018. Pilates has been a very fulfilling career path and a wonderful compliment to her skills in both dance and training. Jill has also worked in Corporations and Government agencies as an HR Generalist and Leadership Development Specialist and achieved an MA in Training, Curriculum Design and Human Resources Development in the late 90s. She has a passion for whole foods plant based cooking, nutrition and education and completed a certificate program in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University in 2013. In her free time, she spends time with her family, cooks with friends, assists with her daughter's ice skating team (Pilates and costuming) and volunteers in community theater.

Brie came across Club Pilates in 2017 and has never looked back! She was first a member, and then quickly enrolled herself into the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Having a background in competitive gymnastics and cheer, she felt very at home instructing at multiple Club Pilates studios. Brie was on a gymnastics floor the moment she could walk and went on to cheer for the nationally-ranked George Mason University Coed Cheerleading team in 2000 – 2004, after graduating Brie continued to coach the George Mason All-Girl Cheerleading Team. Throughout her college career she became a Universal Cheer Instructor and traveled all over the United States teaching cheer camps of all levels. With no longer having cheer in her life, she was thrilled to adopt the Pilates practice and share those skills with the members at Club Pilates! When Brie isn't teaching at Club Pilates you can find her on a beach, grabbing dinner and drinks with friends, and caring for her sweet mom. Brie is an advocate for multiple charities, and you can also find her volunteering her time for the Alzheimer's Association, National Stroke Association, Make a Wish Foundation, and Christmas with the Redskins. In a nutshell Brie loves to give BACK! Check out one of Brie's classes soon, and if you like to work your arms ... her classes are for you!
